If you encounter an issue with any of our printed products, please contact Spike Bow Customer Support within 30 days of receiving your item. To help us address your concern, provide a detailed description of the issue along with relevant photo or video evidence that clearly supports your claim.
After reviewing your case, we’ll determine whether you qualify for a free reprint or a refund, based on the specific circumstances.
Please note: All our products are unique and produced specifically to order; therefore, they are non-refundable unless there is a defect or issue covered by this policy. This policy applies exclusively to printed products. For other items, please refer to our general return and refund policies.
